Great news, tech fans. Are you looking for the hottest new laptop for your content? Maybe you want a powerful laptop that stands out among the rest. We’ve got great news for you. The recently held CES 2021 proves that nothing can stop the tech space from creating new products.
In fact, the industry has lots to offer. For one, Asus is bringing in the ZenBook Duo. It features a dual-screen display, a smaller and lighter body, cooler operation, and faster performance. Thanks to its new 11th-gen Intel processor and Nvidia GPU.
Here’s more. The ZenBook Duo comes in two versions, the Pro Duo 15 OLED and a Duo 14. The Pro Duo 15 OLED is powered by a 10th Gen Intel Core i9 processor, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 graphics, and 32GB of memory. On the other hand, the Duo 14 features an 11th-Gen Core i5 or i7 processor, Nvidia Mx450 (optional) and a 32GB of memory.
What makes this new laptop stand out from the rest? It’s the dual display feature. Furthermore, the Pro Duo comes with a 15.6-inch, 3840 x 2160 pixel and OLED touchscreen. But that’s not all. It comes with a Pantone-validated and supports a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
Also, it’s paired with a 14-inch UHD touchscreen below. Likewise, the Duo 14 model features a 14-inch 1920 x 1080 pixel touchscreen and paired with a 12.6-inch touchscreen display with the same resolution.
In addition, Windows identifies the ScreenPad Plus as a secondary display. This means you can use it for anything you want to use the screen for. However, Asus designed the ScreenPad to handle a wide range of utilities through its onscreen touch bar.
For example, you can launch a number pad or turn it onto a touchpad. You can even write on-screen using Asus’ active pen if you need to take notes or sign a document. Don’t fret yet. There’s more. The new Asus laptop features a new Control Panel app with a customizable dial.
This comes with a slider and button decks. This is intended for Adobe Creative Cloud apps. It works like an extra Touch Bar that you can see in a MacBook Pro. However, it offers more flexibility and additional room for other tools.
On the other hand, the ScreenPad Plus panels have a brighter display than the previous models, thanks to its 400 nits. This means it’s easier to see in reduced glare and reflections. Moreover, the company includes a folding stand that you can attach to the bottom of the laptop.
