We hope 2021 will be better than last year. However, the tech industry wasn’t really affected by the pandemic. Instead, we’re looking for more exciting new smartphones this year. In fact, the high-end iPhone 13 is coming as well as the odd LG Rollable.
With that being said, there’s something new for everyone. So, we will feature 10 most interesting smartphones you should look forward to in 2021. We’re just hoping they will be available at the end of the year.
Sony Xperia 1 III Compact
The new Sony Xperia 1 III impact features an advanced camera with a sleek 21:9 display. The iconic Japanese brand is expected to deliver many improvements with its new flagship model. Likewise, it’s rumored to be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 to ensure speed and efficiency.
If that doesn’t excite you yet, it’s also said to have a 5..5-inch screen and a higher mid-range chipset. While it’s still unknown, the phone is expected to be launched in the first half of 2021. We just hope that this new flagship model from Sony will leave Sony fans in awe.
Samsung Galaxy Note 21 Range
While it’s exciting to see the new Samsung Galaxy Note 21 Range, it’s unfortunate that it’s still not clear whether it will be launched or not. However, it’s rumored that the company will ditch this one and focus instead on the high-end Galaxy S range or their new Z Fold range.
Moreover, the two Samsung Galaxy models are rumored to feature a stylus since the company produced stylus for their premium phones that have big screens. On the other hand, whether they’re phasing out the range, we might at least get the chance to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 21 come into fruition.
iPhone SE 3
The iPhone SE 3 is one of the most anticipated phones. It offers exceptional hardware and software from Apple. Likewise, it features a compact size and affordable price. Unfortunately, the release of this particular iPhone model didn’t happen during the launch of the new iPhone12 series.
The Nokia 10 release is much awaited. Since its rumored release, it was first to be launched as the Nokia 9.1. But time went by, and it was changed to a number of names from Nokia 9.2, 9.3, and now the Nokia 10. With that being said, we’re hoping it will see completion this year.
However, rumors say that it will feature an in-screen selfie camera, stainless steel frame, sapphire glass display, and the high-end Snapdragon 888 chipset.
Oppo Find X3 Range
While Oppo is not as popular as OnePlus or Samsung, however, in recent years, it’s been making some excellent smartphones that can compete with the best. With that being said, the Oppo Find X3 range could be the one.
The truth is, it might actually be more exciting than the big names. Rumors even state that the Oppo Find X3 Pro will feature a macro camera that functions like a microscope since it will be equipped with a 25x zoom and lights.
It could’ve even come with an additional NFC for both front and back handsets. That means you can tap the screen for payment terminals instead of the rear. It’s a small feature but it’s one that could rouse up our curiosity.
The LG Rollable is pretty much as wild as it gets. That’s because we’re not even sure if it’s really possible. However, there is evidence surfacing that LG keeps their hands busy developing a rollable screen and it’s set to be available in 2021.
According to the patent, the device lets you expand both the left and right screen edges. But since it rolls, the mechanism is hidden compactly within the phone. Likewise it’s designed to look like a normal smartphone when the screen is in its normal position.
OnePlus 9 Range
According to rumors, the OnePlus 9 range will be launched in March or April this year. It features a little affordable price point for something that is on the cutting edge. That’s because this smartphone uses the same technology featured in other premium smartphone brands.
Here’s another interesting thing, there’s a possibility of the OnePlus Pro and a OnePlus 9E. As to be expected, these phones would use the high-end Snapdragon 888 chipset. That’s what to be expected for a top-end smartphone.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 isn’t as popular as most premium smartphones in the market. However, it can be an exciting smartphone nonetheless. While they may be futuristic, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is likely to be one of its kind.
While it features a larger, foldable screen, the rumors suggest it will support Samsung’s S Pen stylus, RGB light strip hinges, and an in-screen camera. Unfortunately, news of its launching is still as hard to believe as the rumors say. However, some suggest that it will be available in the second half of the year.
iPhone 13 Range
The iPhone 13 is one of the most anticipated phones this year. Unfortunately, it’s most likely to be available in September. Likewise, it’s expected to feature some big updates like a high refresh rate, increased 1TB of storage, an in-screen scanner, and a smaller notch.
Moreover, it’s likely to have a periscope camera added. This allows an improved optical zoom range. Unfortunately, it’s still a long way ahead. But one thing is sure; it’s going to be a powerful smartphone from the most recent iPhone 12 headsets.
